ORDERS
We have three types of orders, check them out
1- Order an original and existing piece of jewelry: send us a photo of the chosen art on your Instagram or Facebook feed and we will come back with the options of stones and metals available to compose it or we will keep it in the same combination as per the reference sent - Remembering that nothing is 100% the same, we will work with reference to deliver a similar piece of jewelry. Some of the most requested creations are now available on the website for “pre-order”.
2-Personalized order, send us your idea, with references or sketch, and we will evaluate the proposal according to our work style.
3- Free creation, I am entrusted with creating art from scratch, I create a sketch, present it to the client for approval, it is possible to suggest color preferences for the stone and metal. The result is only shown at the end.

The order will only be confirmed after non-refundable payment of 50% of the total amount. The second installment is paid when the piece is completed along with the chosen shipping option.
After negotiating how the order will be placed, a quote will be sent to the buyer's email along with the amount of the first installment.
Once the order is complete, the buyer has up to 15 days to pay the second installment. If you do not comply, the creation will be put up for sale to pay for the time of work completed.
DEADLINES
Average production period 15-30 days, according to current schedule, consult.
Postage deadline is up to 4 business days after final payment.
