Exchange and Return policies. 

Don't like your product? You can request an exchange within 7 days of receipt.
after we receive the product, a voucher will be generated with the same amount paid to purchase another item available in the store. In this case, shipping is paid by the consumer.

If you prefer to return the item, you must contact us via WhatsApp or email, which you can find directly on the website within 7 days to request the return process. Refunds are made within 45 days in the same way they were paid.

Products returned due to dissatisfaction must be in perfect condition, without signs of use or any damage.


 

Important: It is not possible to request the return of personalized orders, so ask all your questions before closing any deal.

Damaged products

 

Send an email to asol.artdesigns@hotmail.com within 7 days, with photos and videos clearly about the defect, an analysis will be carried out and we will contact you to continue within 3 business days. - In this case, if the defect is found, shipping will be borne by the store.
